QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Intermediate “B” Grade from any recognized Board/University for Direct- Recruitment quota seats.

II. For In-Service Head Constable/Police Constables of Sindh Police Department (Graduate Quota), candidates should be Graduate in any Grade.

III. For the sons/daughters, Widows, Brothers & Sisters of Shaheed Police Officials (from the rank of ASI and above) having Domicile of Sindh Province- the Intermediates of any grade are eligible, for appearing into the open competition for direct recruitment quota seats along-with the other general applicants. The age limit for these Shaheed Officials’ relatives as mentioned above, shall be 18 to 30 years.

NOTE:
i. The Provincial Police Officer, Sindh may grant relaxation / condonation in respect of any deficiency mentioned above.
ii. Those candidates who have already applied for the posts of A.S.I B-09 through our earlier consolidated advertisements No. 01/2007 dated: 14/02/2007 with closing date 19.03.2007 and were eligible in all respects and whose applications were provisionally admitted, need not apply. However those candidates whose applications were rejected must APPLY AFRESH.
iii. SPSC will hold examination for recruitment of ASI- BPS-09 in English Essay, Urdu/Sindhi Essay & General Knowledge as specified in Standing Order of the Police Department.
iv. The standard of examination shall be intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate).
v. Examinations are expected to be held in April, 2008 firm schedule of which will be announced through Media, Website & individual letters.

QUALIFICATION:
Graduate from any recognized University.

NOTE:
i. Those candidates who have already applied for the posts of Mukhtiarkar B-16 through our earlier Consolidated advertisements No. 02/2005 dated:31/03/2005 and Consolidated Advertisement No. 02/2006 dated: 21/11/2006 and were eligible in all respects and whose applications were provisionally admitted, need not apply, (List available at Commission’s official website) provided they produce ORIGINAL receipt issued to them at the time they submitted their previous applications to SPSC.
ii. Candidate whose were applications rejected may APPLY AFRESH.
iii. 10% posts are reserved for Ministerial Establishment of Board of Revenue & defunct Divisional Commissioners (i.e. the Ministerial Establishment of the office of Executive District Officer’s (Revenue) who have at least 03 years service in the establishment and possess a degree from a recognized University and are not more than Thirty One (31) years of age on the 1st January, 2008.
