GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
 
IMPORTANT NOTE:
I. Application Form along-with copy of Challan Form will be issued by the SPSC Head Office, Hyderabad & Regional Offices of SPSC, Karachi & Sukkur free of Cost. However the candidates are required to submit a fee of Rs. 250/- for ASI & Rs. 500/- for other posts paid in the Head of Account “C02101-Organ of State-Exam Fee (SPSC Receipts)” as examination fee the copy of paid Challan should be submitted along-with all documents.

II. The application form and Challan form can also be downloaded from SPSC Official Website www.spsc.gov.pk

III. The number of posts is subject to variation without any prior notice.

VI. The required experience shall be reckoned after the date of acquiring minimum academic qualification.

V. The candidates should have required qualification on closing date and their age and experience shall also be reckoned on the same date.

VI. Only separate application form with separate Challan of Exam Fee for each post will be acceptable.

VII. In case of overage, the age relaxation order issued by the Competent Authority only be acceptable.

 
APPLICATION FORM:
Application Forms can be had from Head Office of Sindh Public Service Commission, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad, Regional Office of the Commission Block No. 81, Sindh Secretariat, Karachi & Regional Office of the Commission, Near Govt. Al-Falah High School, Minara Road, Sukkur OR from the nearest DCO’s Offices.

Request for application forms by post will be entertained by the Head Office only, if accompanied by self addressed large size envelope bearing Rs. 25/- stamps for Registered post and Rs. 15/- stamps for ordinary post and photo copy of paid challan.

The Commission under no circumstances shall be responsible for non receipt or late receipt of any posted letter(s).

Candidates residing abroad can apply from there on plain paper giving age, qualification, domicile PRC on form “D” attested Photographs alongwith all supporting documents. They shall be required to produce at the time of Interview original challan as well as prescribed application form duly completed in all respects.

APPLICATION SHOULD REACH AT HEAD OFFICE OF SINDH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION AT THANDI SARAK, HYDERABAD, ON OR BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE UP TO 04:00 P.M. (OFFICE TIME).

NO EXTRA TIME IS ALLOWED FOR POSTAL TRANSIT ETC.

APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER CLOSING DATE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

For candidates residing abroad, date is provide in the advertisment, provided that they have proceeded abroad at least 07 days before the date of this advertisement first appearing in any news paper but for the purpose of age limit and experience shall be considered as date mentioned in the advertisement.
