This is for information of candidates who have qualified written test conducted by National Testing Service held on 4th November, 2007 for various posts i.e. Specialist Cadre Doctors (BS-18), Medical Officers (BS-17) and Staff Nurse (BS-16) in Health Department, Government of Sindh. Individual letters are being sent to the candidates as per their given Postal addresses, however addresses of certain candidates are incomplete as per their record, hence through this Press Release as a Public Information, all candidates are directed to send attested photo state copies of the following documents through courier service to Secretary, Sindh Public Service Commission, Thandi Sarak Hyderabad latest by 10th August, 2008 positively.

02. Matriculation Certificate
03. Intermediate Certificate
04. MBBS Degree from University
05. Master’s Degree / Postgraduate Diploma
06. Diploma in Midwifery
07. Domicile Certificate
08. P.R.C on Form ‘D’
09. Departmental Permission from the competent Authority (if required)
10. Two Character Certificate from responsible person/Head of Institution last attendance
11. Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (Female)
12. Diploma in General Nursing in Ward Administration or Technician or any in lieu of Midwifery.
13. Valid Registration with PM&DC/ Pakistan Nursing Council.
14. Copy of CNIC

Further all intending candidates are informed that they should bring their original documents as mentioned above on the date of interview which is scheduled to start from 18th August, 2008 at Sindh Public Service Commission Office Hyderabad, Karachi and Sukkur.
