Master’s Degree in Social Science with experience of research work in the field
OR
M.A. in Persian with experience of research work in the field preferably computer Literate.
 
01 POST OF ARCHIVIST BPS-17 (URBAN)
AGE: MIN: 21, MAX: 30 YEARS
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree at least in 2nd Division in General History or Political Science or Library Science from a recognized University. The candidate having diploma or Course in Archival Management along with Master’s degree will be preferred.
 
B) HEALTH DEPARTMENT

                        ii. Registration with Pakistan Nursing
                             Council.
 
C) WOMEN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
 
02 POSTS OF DEPUTY DIRECTOR BPS-18 (PREFERABLY FEMALE) (01 RURAL, 01 URBAN)
AGE: MIN: 30, MAX: 45 YEARS
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree in one of Social Science atleast in 2nd Division from a recognized University having atleast Five (05) years experience in BPS-17.
 
 
11 POSTS OF DISTRICT WOMEN DEVELOPMENT OFFICER BPS-17 (PREFERABLY FEMALE)          
(07 RURAL, 04URBAN)  AGE: MIN: 21, MAX: 30 YEARS
QUALIFICATION:
Master’s degree in any Social Science atleast in 2nd Division from a recognized University.
 
IMPORTANT NOTES:
i)          Those candidates who have already applied for the posts of Staff Nurse BPS-16 in Health Department in response to the Consolidated Advertisement No. 05/2008 dated: 20.02.2008 and No. 08/2009 dated: 12.11.2009 and who were eligible in all respects and are in possession of a copy of paid Bank Challan of Rs.500/- would not be required to repay Examination Fee. However they should apply AFRESH along-with a copy of certified challan of previous application form.
 
ii)         There is General relaxation upto 15 (Fifteen) years in upper age limit for vacancies in all the departments of Government of Sindh, to be filled in the year 2010 as per Notification No. SOII (S&GAD)5-5/2010 dated: 15.04.2010.
 
iii)         No application form shall be entertained unless original challan of Rs.500/- duly paid in the Head of Account “C02101-Organ of State Exam Fee (SPSC Receipts)” in State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan, attested copies of required certificates and three attested passport size photographs are enclosed.
iv)         The application and Challan form can also be downloaded from SPSC Official Website www.spsc.gov.pk.
v)          The experience shall be reckoned from the date of acquiring minimum academic qualification.
 
vi)         The candidates should have required age and qualification on closing date. Age shall also be reckoned on the basis of closing date.
 
APPLICATION FORMS:
i)          Application Forms will be issued by the Sindh Public Service Commission, Head office Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad; & Regional Offices of SPSC at Second Floor, Sindh Secretariat Building No. 6, Karachi OR Near Govt. Al-Falah High School, Minara Road, Sukkur. & D.C.O Secretariat Opposite, ShaikhZaidHospital, Larkano free of cost. The copy of paid original challan should be submitted along with all relevant documents within or by the closing date.
ii)          Request for application forms by post will be entertained by the Head Office only, if accompanied by self addressed large size envelope bearing Rs. 30/- stamps for Registered post and Rs. 20/- stamps for ordinary post and photo copy of paid challan of Rs.500/-.
iii)         The Commission, under no circumstances, shall be responsible for non-receipt or late receipt of any posted letter(s).
iv)         Separate application form with separate Challan for each post will only be acceptable.
v)          The number of posts is subject to variation without any prior notice.
vi)         Candidates residing abroad can apply from there on plain paper giving age, qualification, domicile, PRC on form “D”, attested Photographs along with all supporting documents. They shall be required to produce at the time of interview original challan of Rs.500/- duly paid in any Branch of State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan as well as prescribed application form duly completed in all respects.
 
            APPLICATIONS SHOULD REACH THE HEAD OFFICE OF SINDH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, THANDI SARAK, HYDERABAD ON OR BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE IN THE OFFICE HOURS.
 
            NO EXTRA TIME WILL BE ALLOWED FOR POSTAL TRANSIT ETC.
 
            APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER CLOSING DATE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
